Carolina has 5 years of experience in systems for the capital markets, portfolio management, and controllership. She holds a bachelor´s degree in Economics from UNICAMP, a master's degree in Social Work from UFSC, and graduation in Finance from Insper.

Denis has 10 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, investments in real estate and property rights, technology, renewable energy and agribusiness. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Poli-USP and a graduation in Corporate Finance and Banking from Insper

Graciela has extensive experience in management consulting, strategic planning, investments, and mergers & acquisitions. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina), a Master’s in Finance from FGV RJ, an Executive MBA from IE (Spain), and a CFA Certificate in Climate Risk, Valuation, and Investing.

João has experience in alternative investments with a focus on agribusiness and forestry assets. Worked on the restructuring of a 6,500 hectare reforestation project in the Central-West region of Brazil, leading the revision of the business plan, a shift in commercial strategy, debt restructuring, and negotiation of off-take agreements. He holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and is currently pursuing an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Julia is a lawyer and worked for 6 years in the practices of Environmental Law, ESG – Environmental, Social and Governance, and Civil Law, providing legal advice to national and international companies in different market segments. She holds a degree in Law from PUC-SP, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from FGV Direito SP, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability from Insper.

With a background in entrepreneurship, Marina was co-founder of Com Bossa and is currently a business administration student at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - EAESP FGV.

Martin has 25 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on governance, strategy, organizational development and process improvement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mauá Engineering School and an Executive MBA from FEA-USP and Vanderbilt University.

Paulo has been working since 2004 with investments in renewable energy; property rights and housing; education; circular economy; forests; agriculture and biodiversity. Paulo holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Poli-USP, and Master’s degrees in Mathematics from Poli-USP and in Innovation Management and Public Policy from MIT.
